Jack Welch, Norwood newsdealer, is again planning to forward a sum of money to St. Joseph’s Orphanage, Little Rock, Arkansas, to contribute to a merry Christmas for the 150 boys and girls who have no families and homes.
For several years, Jack has made it his business to see to it that these homeless youngsters have a gay holiday. For several years, too, the generosity and Christmas spirit of Norwood folk have contributed to the orphanage happy holiday
Again this year, Mr. Welch ’till be glad to accept donations and forward them to the Sisters at the Orphanage for the purchase of gifts for the youngsters. Contributions may be made at Welch’s News Store.
