Proposed construction 37 town house apartments in Norwood was discussed informally before the Board of Appeals Tuesday night by builder Michael Stiveletta. Stiveletta is considering construction of five multiple dwelling units, four houses with eight units, and one with five, on the former Gulla property at Page’s Field.

Stiveletta appeared before the Board of Appeals to inquire about possible variance requirements, since under present zoning regulations the frontage on Washington st falls about 100 feet short. Various solutions were discussed, without resorting to application for a zoning variance, including a possible “cul de sac.”
