Norwood Youth Makes History, Becomes First To Register Under Selective Service Act-October 17, 1940

Coleman Conroy, 23, of 280 Railroad ave, (left) was the first Norwood youth to register under the Selective Service Act yesterday in the Junior High School auditorium. Harold Baker is the registrar.
