William A. Donovan of Rock street, retired guard of the Dedham House of Correction, at a ceremony at Boch Sales & Service Garage on Route One recently, was presented the keys to his new 1949 Nash Sedan, the 28th Nash car he has purchased.
Mr. Donovan bought his first Nash car in 1923. He believes that the Nash car is the most economical on the market and that never during the 28 years he has been a Nash owner has his car failed to live up to his expectations. For over a quarter of a century, Donovan has kept an accurate record of the performance of his Nash cars. His first model bought in 1923 was known as Model 4, the serial number being 20253.’ His 1949 Nash bears the serial number K260685 and is known as Model 4949.
Present to congratulate Mr. Donovan on the delivery of his new 1949 Nash was R. B. Stevens, district manager of the Nash Motor Company. The keys were presented to Donovan by Andrew Boch from whom the car was purchased.
The latest Nash cars are now on display at Boch Sales & Service on Route One. The public is invited to visit the showroom and to view the new models.
