Martin Cerel was the man behind Norwood Park, a housing development built at the base of Morse Hill in South Norwood at Alandale Parkway. Dozens of ads were run throughout 1955 for Norwood Park and a later expansion called Norwood Park II (the loop at the end of Alandale Parkway). This ad, run on July 7th, 1955, points out the bus and train access to Boston (just 12 miles away!) and easy access to the Endean playground next door.
