Murphy Pleads Not Guilty
Francis W. Murphy of 25 Lenox av, Norwood, who was arrested in Boston Thursday charged with transporting 48 pints of alleged whisky and 50 gallons of alcohol, was arraigned before United States Commissioner Wilmot R. Evans in Federal District Court yesterday.
He pleaded not guilty to the charge of transporting liquor and was held in bonds of $1000 for hearing July 26.
