NORWOOD, July 11-Kenneth Small, son of Mr and Mrs Clarence W. Small, found an English penny dated 1749 in the earth thrown out of a trench by laborers on Cottage st. near Washington, yesterday. While the coin is considerably oxidized, the inscriptions are plain.
