Daniel T. Feeney Wounded In Action In Mediterranean
A Norwood man, Pfc Daniel T. Feeney of Winfield street, has been wounded in action in the Mediterranean theater, according to an Army communique released on Tuesday. The son of Edward Feeney, Pfc. Daniel Feeney was attached to a Coast Artillery outfit and had been overseas since last November.
Before entering the service he was employed by a local contractor with whom he made his home on North avenue.
Feeney, who is 34 ycar old, also has a younger brother Edward, who is in the Navy, and he has two sisters, Mrs. Margaret Quinn and Miss Alice Feeney, both of whom reside in Norwood.h
