No matter what it is you’re looking for you’ll find just what you need at the Norwood Salvage Company, 1199 Washington street, South Norwood, which has a large stock of merchandise from a gas stove to a baby carriage.

The Norwood Salvage Company is owned and operated by Ben Oppenheim, veteran of World War II, who opened the shop just two months after receiving his discharge from the army. Since that time, Mr. Oppenheim has built a line business on his motto “we buy everything, including junk.”

There may be gold in your attic or cellar, so why not look around and if you find something you want to sell then get on the phone and call NOrwood 7 2315, as Mr. Oppenheim is on the market for anything you may wish to dispose of. To you it may be something that is just gathering dust, but to Mr. Oppenheim it may be just what one of his customers is looking for.

At the Norwood Salvage Company you’ll find furniture including ice boxes, bureaus, tables, stoves, chairs, cloth rugs, beds, camp heaters, gas plates, oil burners, floor and table lamps, kitchen sets, wood stoves, gas stoves, plumbing supplies, baby carriages and hundreds of other items that nine times out of ten you are unable to find.

Drop in at the Norwood Salvage Company and you will be sure to find in slock just the item you’ve been seeking.
