A new innovation at Norwood Sports Center is “Ladies Day” every Thursday morning. Women can now bowl all morning, as many strings as they want, and get free candlepin instructions for only $1.00.
The Sport Center feature is designed to give women bowlers a chance to get in some concentrated practice, as well as to take advantage of the expert instruction that will be available each week.
The small charge of $1.00 covers all bowling, shoes, instructions as well as coffee and donuts. Opening time for this attraction is 9 a.m. every Thursday, and it will continue until 12 noon.
