Happy 4th of July!
Norwood’s 4th of July parade has a long, and fascinating history, and we would like to collect photos from as many parades as possible for our archives.
Today I am sharing this photo from my personal collection. It shows Alan Thornton, Lenny Lasalvi, my grandfather Russell Webber, Dom Cimo, and Bill Abril, marching in the 4th 0f July parade in 1972 or 73.
To share your 4th of July memories with us, please attach them using this form or email them to us. Posting them on our social media pages is wonderful, but social media sites reduce the quality of the images. That makes it difficult for future researchers to view them. Thank you!
