The Norwood American Legion team continued its impressive mid-season surge, defeating Franklin with a decisive 5-0 shutout performance at the hands of pitcher Dave Joy.

This victory marked the third consecutive win for the Norwood squad, with the talented junior pitcher Dave Joy earning the victory in each of those individual contests.
