- The glass-front flag case was given to the Society by the Grand Army of the Republic, a Civil War veterans’ organization.
- The stairwell features a map of Norwood from 1876 and photos of buildings that stood on the site of the present Town Common.
- The folding doors on the second floor and the door enclosing the way to the third floor were added during the Historical Society’s ownership.
