Powered by a stellar three-goal performance from Denise Carroll, the host Norwood High School field hockey team blanked Wellesley 4-0 in a dominant Bay State League matchup yesterday.

With the shutout victory, the Mustangs extended their impressive unbeaten streak, improving their record to 7-0-3.

Offensive Highlights and Team Play

Denise Carroll led the offensive onslaught by securing a hat trick, finding the back of the net three times to anchor the Norwood attack. Teammate Allison Parks added a goal of her own, while Terry O’Shea orchestrated the offense effectively, contributing two key assists to help keep the pressure on the Wellesley defense from start to finish.
