As a result of the interest that been been shown by the public in medium priced homes, the Model T Homes, Inc., are sponsoring a unique and attractive home community at Cleveland Park, located on the Boston to Providence super highway, in Norwood.
Model T Homes, Inc., developers of the successful Ponkapoag Way, Canton, have charge of construction and sales.
This most up to date community has been carefully laid out in winding, shady roads, with a minimum number of intersections, making for a safer neighborhood for children. All of the homes will be located on spacious lots, varying in size from 8000 sq. ft. to 12,000 sq. ft Restrictions have been set up to insure the homeowner against undesirable uses of adjoining land. The electric and telephone wires are placed underground from the street into each house. In some of the sections public utilities will go through the rear of the loU. Every effort is being made to preserve the natural beauty of the lots.
Every home built will be eligible for FHA mortgage insurance and will be inspected during construction by the FHA. The Model T Homes, Inc., know from experience that this is the best guarantee a builder can give a purchaser, that the house is soundly constructed, and also that the proper materials have gone into that particular house. In less than two years, the Model T Homes, Inc., have built and sold over forty new homes, and every one has been built to FHA requirements.
Another feature of these homes is that they arc being planned and constructed in cooperation with the Diamond Match Co. under their home building plan, popularly known as “the Diamond Way to Home Ownership.”
