A new collection box has been placed in front of Mal’s in the shopping center at Route One and Dean Street for usable articles to be sold at the Thrift Shop on Guild Square.

The Thrift Shop has made possible the many civic projects of the Women’s Community Committee through the sale of household articles and used clothing contributed by Norwood townspeople.

This new receptacle will be a convenience for those who live or shop in that area, and who may prefer to deposit their donations rather than await a Wednesday pick-up by truck. In fact, some alert housewives have already noticed the box and made use of it.
