Local stores showing, great stocks for “back to school” . . .

Norwood is the only town for miles around that has a natural shopping center . . .

Wonderful stores, good sidewalks and streets . . .

Nothing the matter that 500 new parking spaces wouldn’t solve . . .

You can be sure that Matty Connolly will be trying every month to make the Norwood Chamber of Commerce meeting a factor in our civic and social life . . . His remark about making the Chamber a sounding board was music to my ears . . . Matty is an old tennis opponent of mine . . . Pete Clem and myself won the Norwood Doubles Championship from him and Mike Ready one year. . . They were the favorites . . but Pete and AJK managed to get the points when counted . If Matty plays the kind of game as prexy of the Chamber of Commerce as he played tennis …
