Tiny Tot Nursery School Holds Graduation Exercises at Norton Drive

The youngest scholars in Norwood marked an important milestone last Thursday as the Tiny Tot Nursery School, located at 43 Norton Drive, held its annual graduation exercises. Proud parents, grandparents, and neighbors gathered to watch the children receive their diplomas and celebrate the end of a busy year filled with learning, play, and early childhood accomplishments.

Mrs. Theresa Patsos, director of the school, presented diplomas to each member of the class, offering warm words of encouragement as the children prepare to take their next steps toward kindergarten. The ceremony, simple but heartfelt, reflected the close‑knit spirit of the school and the enthusiasm of the children who have spent the year growing together.

A class photograph was taken to commemorate the occasion, capturing the bright smiles and carefully combed hair of the graduates—many of whom proudly clutched their diplomas as if they were college degrees. The group was arranged in three rows:

Front Row (left to right)

Jane Fasano, John Sisk, Pamela Wine, Bradford Partridge, Caroline Ray

Second Row (left to right)

Mary Ellen McGrath, Elizabeth Altman, Karen Cieri, Richard Slade, Russell Bauer, Louise Lindenberger, Carol Rossi

Rear Row (left to right)

John Connelly, Neil Donovan, Deborah Wing, Cheryl Norton, Kimberly Collins, James Egan, and Paul O’Neil (standing at right)

The children, dressed in their best outfits, beamed with pride as parents snapped photographs and applauded each name. For many families, the event marked the first of many graduations to come, but none quite as charming or memorable as this one.

The afternoon concluded with refreshments and a chance for families to mingle, admire the children’s artwork displayed around the room, and thank Mrs. Patsos for her guidance throughout the year. As the graduates left with their diplomas in hand, the Tiny Tot Nursery School closed another successful year—sending its little learners off to summer with confidence, excitement, and the promise of new adventures ahead.
