The plans and specifications for the enlargement and improvement of the High School building are in the hands of Tyler Thayer, and work will be commenced at an early date. The enlargement will more than double the present capacity of the building, giving ample space for several classrooms seating forty scholars each.
Another story will be added and several new features introduced, giving us a High School building well equipped in all that pertains to the scholars’ welfare, and large enough to meet the demands in the increased population for some time to come.
A special feature will be a gymnasium on the upper floor of the new addition, which will be fitted with modern appliances for the physical development of the scholars.
