A survey by the School Department has determined that at least 183 youngsters will enter the kindergarten when classes are established in Norwood next September it was revealed at the regular meeting of the School Committee on Monday evening.

Since the total of 183 is larger than anticipated by the School Committee and the kindergarten adherents, the Committee is confronted with the problem of possibly increasing the number of teachers from their estimated five to seven.

The location of the kindergarten is another problem and the Committee will lake the matter up at their next meeting on Tuesday evening.
