Two Doctors Admit Guilt- Failed To Report Influenza Cases

Another Cleared by Court

DEDHAM, Dec 30— Dr. Clement Hollowell and Dr. Richard E. Winslow, both of Norwood, were arraigned in the District Court before Judge Emory Grover this morning and both pleaded guilty to failing to notify about influenza cases. Their cases were placed on file.

Dr. George Klein, also of Norwood, was in the court on the same charge and pleaded not guilty. After a hearing in which Dr. Klein proved his case, Judge Grover found him not guilty. Dr. Klein proved that he had mailed a postcard on Dec 15 and the patient died on Dec 20..

James E. Prendergast, the town clerk of Norwood, was the complainant in all cases.
