
Two Norwood boys, who have been friends for ten years, Left Monday night to begin their United States Navy training together They are Andrew Gibbons, sort of Mr. and Mrs, Guy I. Gibbons of Saunders road, and Jack Reilly, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert W. Reilly of Berwick Place.
Over the ten years, the boys have: had their birthday parties together, been inseparable pals, and even had their tonsils out at the same time. Last Sunday night their parents gave them a farewell party and the boys celebrated an early Christmas together.
Both in the Navy, they will receive their boot training at Sampson, New York.
