TAKE EXAM — Eleven members of the Norwood Police Department, seeking promotion from the rank of Patrolman to Sergeant, took the Civil Service examination for that position at the Norwood Junior High School on Tuesday morning.

Taking the test were, left to right—John Wall, Dermod O’Dea, Joseph Flaherty, James F. Curran, John Flaherty, William Travers, Edward Murphy, William Spierdowis, Robert Lawrie, Arthur Groh and Nicholas J. Connolly.
