(VIDEO & Article) Air Mail Pick-Up Flight Important In Norwood History-This Day in Norwood History-May 19, 1938

The Norwood Historical Society is excited to share this video clip, which depicts the first air mail flight from Norwood airport. This video was donated, along with other photos and video clips, by the Roy family many years ago on behalf of the Cuff and Chandler families of Rosemary Street. James B. Cuff, who is featured in this video, was a postal employee for over 40 years, and his son William Chandler shot the film. We hope you enjoy this unique piece of Norwood history as much as we do!
