This week we wish to introduce to those few people who do not already know him one of the town’s most popular figures, Clem Riley of Central Street. . . born, brought up and educated in Norwood . . . freshman high school at B. C. High . . . played football for Norwood High when he weighed 109 pounds . . . broke his nose for his alma mater (see photograph) . . . inveterate athlete . . . played baseball for the Norwood Police when he was serving as a special officer .. . now weighs considerably more than when he was in high school . . . married life agrees with him we guess . . . has one child, daughter Barbara . . . hobby is automobiles …why not? . . . booster of Walter P. Chrysler . . . militant friend of those out of luck.
Clem is one of the busiest men in the county because of his many political duties . . . member of the Democratic Town Committee . . . Candidate for State Secretary at the Convention last Juno (try again, Clem) . . . member of the Norwood Lodge of Elks .. . member of the Welfare Board for the last two years and its present chairman.

This list of activities should keep any man out of mischief but in spite of the demands on his time Clem always MAKES time for his friends, and we have a very strong desire to meet more people like him. So long, Clem… see you at the Auto Show.
