John D. Murphy of Walpole has announced that his new 12-unit apartment building located at 40 Lenox Street has just been completed.
Mr. Murphy has retained his Colonial design for which he has long been noted. Inside he has one or two bedrooms, large living room, a fully-equipped modem kitchen with built-in oven and surface unit, refrigerator and disposal, generous dining area, and lovely ceramic tile bath.
Mr. Murphy’s long-range plant is to build between 40-50 units on his property at Lenox Street. This will mean razing some of the houses which he owns, bordering his new building, in order to beautify the garden-type area which he intends to build.
