On Monday afternoon, Norwood Firefighters were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on Morse Street, where a truck became lodged underneath the Morse Street Bridge.
George Morrice, the spokesperson for Norwood Fire Department, reported that one individual sustained minor injuries in the collision and was subsequently taken to Norwood Hospital.
The incident caused traffic delays lasting approximately one and a half hours as a tow truck worked to extricate the trapped vehicle from beneath the bridge.
