I desire to convey to the Town of Norwood by way of gift a certain parcel of land containing approximately nine and one-half acres of land situated southerly of Winter Street for the purpose of laying out the same as a Public Park, appropriate action for such purpose to be taken by the Selectmen.

This gift is in Memory of my late husband, Edmund J. Shattuck, and I request that the parcel be named, “Shattuck Memorial Park.”
