NORWOOD. Oct 10Norwood was visited last night by a regular cloudburst at about 10 o’clock during the progress of a thundershower. Norwood Sq. was flooded to the depth of two feet, pavements were washed up on Vernon and Cottage sts, and the tracks of the Old Colony street railway company on Washington st had to be dug out before cars could run. Supt of Streets Hartshorne and a large gang of men were at work nearly all n.glit repairing damage done by the rain.
