Due to the fact that the old property of the First Congregational Church, including the edifice, Pingree Hall, and the parsonage at the corner of Walpole and Winter streets has been sold to a number of Norwood physicians, the church is about to purchase a house and lot for a new parsonage.

This will be located at a convenient distance from the new church edifice. According to the by-laws of the church, there may be no disposition of property without the vote of the congregation.

Therefore, on Tuesday, July 25, at 7:30 p.m. a church meeting, of the congregation will be held in the chapel to take action upon a recommendations presented by the Board of Trustees for the purchase of a new parsonage.
