Dedication of the corner of Bond, Winter and Washington Streets took place Saturday, September 29th, attended by many town officials, residents, friends and family of the late Charles L. Rich, who served as an honored and dedicated Selectman from 1949 until his death in 1976.

The 1976 Town of Norwood Annual Report is dedicated to the memory of Charles L. (Lothrop) Rich who passed on August 6, 1976.

Mr. Rich was a veteran member of the Norwood Board of Selectmen with twenty-seven years of service on that Board.

A man of Dedication, Dignity, Integrity and Humility.
