Eysie’s Super Market at 1237 Washington Street South Norwood, is holding a gala three-day celebration starting today and continuing through the week-end in observance of the store’s 39th anniversary The genial proprietors, Roger and George Eysie assure shoppers of a weekend filled with special savings, birthday bargains and with a real party flavor.

The public is invited to register for the numerous free gifts simply by visiting the store and sign a slip. There is no obligation. Twenty-four giant food baskets will be given away free during the celebration, along with numerous other things. There will be helium balloons for the children, free coffee
for everyone, free Nationwide food samples, and demonstrations.

Also, a free box of “All” detergent will be given to each adult visiting the store.

Everyone Is Invited to visit this modern supermarket this weekend and inspect the fully-stocked departments featuring famous-name brands at the lowest prices. Roger and George are continuing the tradition of high-quality foods and service established by their late father, Joseph Eysie, when he opened the original Eysie’s Market 39 years ago.

Store hours, are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
