This Day In Norwood History-June 19, 1960-Rustic Acres by Countryside Homes

Ranches, Splits At Rustic Acres

Three model homes were shown to prospective home buyers at Rustic Acres in Norwood last weekend. A favorite was the 4 bed-room Garrison Colonial built with modern features. Trees and natural settings provide the background for the seven-room split-level and ranch models.

Most homes in Rustic Acres are individually planned for the new owners before construction and some are built from layouts as detailed by consultation between the homeowner and builder who offers free planning services.

New variations in homes are continually being developed at Rustic Acres and can be seen daily in all phases of construction. Sales are handled by Countryside Homes Inc. with offices at Rustic Acres and on Route 1 on Norwood.
