Joyce Ann Sheehan, daughter of Mr. and Mr». Frank Sheehan, I5 Bird Road, Norwood, was the recent winner of the Baby Popularity Contest, sponsored at the Norwood Stop & Shop.
As the first prize winner, Joyce Ann received an oil painting of the winning photograph.
