James Georgeu, chairman of the Band Tag Day Committee, announced today that the hours for the Norwood High School Band Tag Days will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, November 24, and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, November 25.

Members of the Junior High School Band will also be out in uniform to help in selling the tags.

This year, in conjunction with the transfer of the ninth grade to the Senior High School, there is now a separate Junior High School Band which will participate in its own right as a musical unit in parades and other actlvities. These younger band students are gaining good experience t his way and wilt be a valuable asset when they move up to the Senior High School Band.

The funds raised by the Tag Day sales are used to help in maintenance of both the Junior High School and the elementary school band uniforms as well as those of the Senior High School Band.

The Norwood High School Band with its Color Guard and Majorettes. These young people, together with the cheerleaders and Varsity Choir and the members of the football team, are busily practicing for the Band Rally to be held In the Junior High School auditorium on the evening of Tuesday, November 26.

The Rally will also Include the famous football movie, “Crazy Legs.”

The public Is cordially Invited to attend this exciting preliminary to the Thanksgiving Day game.

Band members are now selling tickets In conjunction with the election of the Band Queen.
