Governor Edward J. King Opens $8 Million Factory Mutual Conference Center on Route 1 in Norwood-November 7, 1980

During the grand opening of Factory Mutual's new Route 1 training facility, Governor Edward J. King signed an executive order to slash state economic regulations and red tape.
