Montreal Tram 901 in 1947 (unknown photographer)

Three Norwood men figured in a Canadian history making epic on their recent vacation trip there.

The men, Clyde J. Rafuse, John J. Dwyer, and Arthur L. Schell, were aboard the last old-fashioned trolley in Montreal when it was replaced by a modern bus. The trolleys, long figured too slow for the fast moving town, have been replaced by buses throughout Montreal.

The trio also enjoyed a trip through New Hampshire, and Vermont.
