Among Seven Towns In Christmas Travel Itinerary of Service
Norwood’s town square Christmas decorations are among the seven towns included in a sightseeing tour of the Dyer Travel service it was learned through a communication to the Norwood Selectmen from the Dyer firm. The travel service has arranged as sightseeing tour covering SO miles by motor- coach and taking in towns and residences with notable Yuletide decorations.
The tour will include Boston, Chestnut Hill, Newton, Norwood, and Taunton, returning to Boston through Brockton and Quincy, and will be conducted on Wednesday through Saturday, December 21, 22, 23, and 24. The travel bureau forwarded to the Selectmen a copy of the flyer advertising the tour including mention of Norwood, and a letter informing the Board that Norwood’s unusual decorations had rated her a place in the itinerary.
