150th anniversary celebration

Our online event is modeled on the reception held at the Day House in 1872. This an online event: we will be broadcasting from the Day House and hope you’ll join us via zoom to raise a glass! We look forward to reliving key moments of the community’s progress towards independence, including story of how the name “Norwood” was chosen. We’ll also share a few items from the Society’s collections to show what life was like in the 1870s.
