Actor Liam Neeson was sighted by many Norwoodians over the past few days while filming a movie in Norwood.

Neeson was spotted filming on a movie set located outside the Dollhouse Museum on Walpole Street.

Neeson was in the Bay State for the production of “Thug,” a film centered around an aging gangster’s endeavor to reconnect with his children and make amends for his past errors. However, the clutches of the criminal underworld prove unyielding, according to IMDB.

The movie boasts a cast including Ron Perlman, Daniel Diemer, Yolanda Ross, Levon Panek, Ghia Truesdale, and Marcus McDermott.

Scenes for the movie were also filmed on the grounds of Northeastern University, as well as in Winthrop, the North End, and Allston.

Neeson is most recognized for his roles in the “Taken” series, “Schindler’s List,” “Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace” and “The Grey.”
