CONSTRUCTION OF THE AEROPLANE is explained to these Wing Scouts by Mr. Thomas D. Wildon, head of the Junior Aviation League of Boston and designer of model planes, who addressed the girls at a recent meeting at the Civic. Pictured with the young aviation enthusiasts, most of whom are members of the Junior Wing Group, are Miss Frances Dethier, an Eagle Scout, Radcliffe graduate and Junior Wing Group leader, and Mrs. Emerson Thomas, pilot of the Senior Group.
